Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, document, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by responses and needs.
