Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or obtained within five years from hire date)
• Advanced nursing degree (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
• Registered Nurse license in Washington State or multi-state endorsement
• Current BLS Certification required
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certification as required by department
• One year of experience in acute care preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating continuously
• Apply nursing care using the nursing process per policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff and health care team members
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care supporting diverse patient backgrounds
