What You'll Do

• Perform and document patient care, medication administration, care plans, and patient education.
• Identify patient problems and collaborate in developing a plan of care.
• Implement age-specific, culturally, and spiritually competent nursing interventions.
• Evaluate patient/family response to procedures, therapies, and medications.
• Recognize changes in patient status and respond effectively.
• Communicate changes in patient status to appropriate care team members.
• Maintain positive relationships with all members of the healthcare team.
• Engage in continuous learning and accept constructive feedback.
• Assist with the collection of data to support unit performance improvement activities.
