Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking travel PACU nurses to care for patients recovering from anesthesia across facilities in the United States. Responsibilities include monitoring vitals, assessing consciousness, and watching for anesthesia-related side effects.

Also known as recovery room nurses, post-anesthesia care unit or PACU nurses care for patients who are recovering from anesthesia after surgery. They monitor post-operation vital signs, assess levels of consciousness, and carefully observe patients for any side effects from anesthesia.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
