Beebe Healthcare seeks a dedicated PACU Registered Nurse in Delaware to deliver perioperative and post-anesthesia care, monitor patients, and provide education. The role requires clinical judgment, teamwork with surgeons and anesthesiologists, and adherence to standards and policies.

The PACU RN supports safe, compassionate care in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities spanning assessment, airway management, and pain control, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have hospital nursing experience within the last 5 years or be a new graduate within 2 years.
• Preference for 1 year of PACU or Critical Care experience.
• Must complete Point of Care Testing training during orientation.
• Knowledge of nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Emergency/ICU exposure is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Medication and IV therapy management following policies and guidelines.
• Perform and monitor IV therapy and medication administration.
