Job summary

Indiana University Health System in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced RN for ICU or PACU with a minimum of one year of RN ICU/PACU experience. This full-time role includes an 11:00a–11:30p schedule (3/12s) with 16–24 hours of call and is referral eligible with a location differential.

You will join a team of dedicated professionals, advancing patient care while developing clinical expertise within a supportive culture that values growth, learning, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Requires Indiana RN license.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification; ACLS/ALS per unit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ICU/PACU settings.
• Assess patients and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
