Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking an RN for acute care nursing at one of its Las Vegas area facilities. You will provide safe patient care, lead the healthcare team, and uphold patient-centered care with a focus on service excellence.

Requirements include an accredited nursing degree with NCLEX eligibility; Nevada RN license, BLS, and additional certifications as required by the department. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and eligible for NCLEX.
• BSN degree preferred by the facility.
• One year acute care experience or completed specialty course within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care to patients in accordance with facility policies.
• Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate Patient Centered Care and uphold Service Excellence standards.
