Job summary

Dignity Health – Yavapai Regional Medical Center (DH-YRMC), now part of CommonSpirit Health, seeks a Nursing Manager to lead the unit with compassion and clinical excellence. You will schedule staff, manage resources, mentor peers, coordinate care workflows, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to drive optimal patient outcomes and staff development in Prescott.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience.
• One year of leadership experience; RN AZ license (RN:AZ) and BLS CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Schedules nursing staff to shifts based on utilization trends.
• Coordinates unit activities and directs nursing staff across shifts.
• Assesses, monitors, and educates on patient care; implements emergency procedures.
• Provides nursing care to patients on an as-needed basis.
