Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Nurse Technician Training or Certified Nursing Assistant program.
• Previous health care experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care to an assigned group of patients under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Performs procedural tasks and assists with ADLs while considering age and psychosocial factors.
• Documents data, vital signs, I&O, and treatments accurately and legibly per unit policy.
• Maintains a clean and orderly patient room/unit and transports patients and supplies as needed.
