Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an Alabama RN license (Bachelor's preferred) with 3–5 years in critical care/PACU and supervisory experience; BLS/ACLS/PALS or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and manage a team of nurses.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and unit operations.
