Job description

Responsibilities

• Apply cultural sensitivity to all patients, caregivers, and teams
• Develop and implement a nursing care plan for PACU patients
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure rooms are prepped with necessary equipment and supplies

We are offering a $25,000 Sign-On Bonus in addition to relocation assistance for new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing
• Six (6) months of experience in the Operating Room or ICU nurses seeking PACU training
• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the State of Arkansas
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire
• Ability to participate in a rotating call schedule with a response time of within 30 minutes

Your care helps patients through vulnerable moments, making a meaningful impact. Leadership is accessible, and hospital services are expanding. Call shifts are required based on shift and patient volume.
