Job summary

AWARE Inc. in Helena, MT is seeking a Team Lead to guide the PACT program and supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive clinical care. The role emphasizes coordination with psychiatric and health services, staff scheduling, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Public Health Services, Human Services, Non-profit Management, business Management or related field.
• One-year experience in administrative and program management, and experience in health-related field.
• An advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishing, administering, and directing the Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT).
• Supervising and evaluating the multidisciplinary team with health care coordination.
• Directing day-to-day clinical operations including staff scheduling for all shifts.
• Leading daily staff meetings and treatment planning meetings.
• Assessing client needs and coordinating treatment activities with community stakeholders.

Education

BA/BS degree in Public Health Services, Human Services, Non-profit Management, business Management or related field

One-year administrative and program management experience, health-related field

Advanced degree in Psychology, Nursing, Social Work or related field (preferred)
