Job summary

ChristianaCare, a nonprofit health system, is seeking a Full-Time PACS System Administrator in the Wilmington area. Responsibilities include providing management and end-user support for PACS and other clinical imaging applications, ensuring image workflow, archiving, routing, QA, and problem resolution in collaboration with Radiology and IT teams.

The role requires an associate degree in computer science or related field, plus 2 years of radiology information systems experience or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or related field.
• Two-year radiology information systems experience preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Provides management and end-user support for PACS and other clinical system applications within Imaging Services.
• Operates PACS equipment, image workflow, archiving, routing, pre-fetching, QA, and related activities.
• Collaborates with IS staff to analyze issues and implement solutions for clinical systems.
