Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a PACS Administrator II for Texas Health HEB in Bedford, TX. This hospital-based role supports physicians and clinical staff, with day shifts, on-site and virtual administration, and on-call duties.

You will manage PACS/RIS applications, coordinate upgrades, and ensure security/compliance while mentoring junior staff. Strong radiology workflow knowledge and experience with Fuji PACS, Ambra, Epic Cupid, CVIS, or ServiceNow is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree (Required)
• 2 years application support experience, preferably in a hospital environment. (Required)
• Clinical knowledge of Radiology department and workflows, preferably in a hospital environment. (Highly Preferred)
• Fuji PACS experience (Highly Preferred)
• Ambra experience (Highly Preferred)
• Epic Cupid experience (Highly Preferred)
• CVIS experience (Highly Preferred)
• ServiceNow experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day systems/application administration and support to assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities, onsite and virtually
• Deliver application using deployment systems, oversee upgrades and enhancements, and coordinate interfaces of applications
• Oversee management of compliance to security, ITIL and ITS standards. Coordinate new user applications training for assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities.
• Proficiently demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of multiple systems/applications and their integration and business needs and processes.
• Serve as mentor for less experienced staff. Participate in special projects and/or perform other duties as assigned.
