Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Packsize machine operator to set up orders, convert corrugate to boxes, and finish products for warehouse readiness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up orders and operate Packsize machine to convert corrugate to boxes.
• Finish product by folding, gluing, and palletizing for shipping.
• Read pick orders and move materials to dock or staging areas.
• Tag, record material quantities, and compile tickets as needed.

About The Opportunity

This operator performs all duties related to the Packsize machine: setting up orders, converting corrugate to boxes, finishing the product by folding and glueing, and palletizing for the warehouse.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Reads pick order/list to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Conveys materials and items from warehouse storage areas to designated dock, warehouse storage, etc. areas by hand, hand-truck, cart, etc.
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence, such as size, type, or product code.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or conveys orders to station, dock, staging area, etc.
• Tags materials with identifying information.
• Records amounts of materials or items distributed or received.
• May compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.
• May use computer to enter records.
