Job summary

Mitsubishi Films America (MFA) Greer, SC is seeking Packing/Warehouse Operators to join our manufacturing team. Starting pay is $19.70 per hour with progression up to $25.40, plus $1.00/hr night differential and $1.50/hr weekend differential.

Benefits begin on day one and an on-site medical center is available. Responsibilities include wrapping, packing, and transporting film per procedures, training for certification levels, and coordinating with team leaders for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED from a recognized program.
• Must pass on-the-job training requirements including safety and forklift training.
• Must be dependable and able to work in a team-based environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wrap, package, and transport film safely in a manufacturing environment following established procedures.
• Certify and learn the job according to training documentation and certify to required level.
• Take directions from team leader and supervisor.
• Pull and locate products efficiently for transfers and shipments.
• Load and unload trailers when assigned as Warehouse operator.
• Read and process shipping documents.
