Country Lane Gazebos is seeking a Packing Specialist to join our production team in New Holland, PA. You will prepare completed kits for shipment, verify accuracy, and secure orders for safe delivery across the U.S. and beyond.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and safety in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include operating the wrapping machine, verifying orders, stacking materials on skids, and finalizing pallets with standard packaging.

• Machine Wrapping: Operate wrapping machine to protect wood posts and beams.
• Order Verification: Count, measure, and check materials vs. order sheets for accuracy.
• Strategic Stacking: Load and arrange materials onto skids for stability during transit.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts and report missing or damaged items.
• Final Preparation: Finish skids with plywood, banding, and shrink wrap per standards.
• Maintain Workspace: Keep area clean, organized, and safe.
• Team Collaboration: Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Be the Crucial Final Step in Our Process:
As a Packing Specialist, you are responsible for preparing completed kits for shipment. Your work ensures orders are accurate, secure, and protected from damage during delivery.

What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

• Machine Wrapping: Operate the wrapping machine to securely protect wood posts and beams.
