Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking Packers for a consumer healthcare manufacturing company in Chattanooga, TN. The role focuses on packaging and shipment readiness with strict attention to quality and instructions.

On first and second shift, candidates must follow GMP and SOPs, work well in a team, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Previous packaging experience is helpful but not required and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work in the Lookout Valley area.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products on the packaging line to identify defects, quality concerns, or non-conforming materials.
• Remove defective or damaged products and report quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Assemble cartons, boxes, and other packaging materials according to established specifications.
• Pack products into containers, bags, or cartons while ensuring correct quantities and proper presentation.
• Apply labels, lot codes, and other required packaging information accurately and in accordance with work instructions.

As a Packer, you will be part of the production operations team supporting packaging and shipment readiness. Pay Range: $17.00 - $17.50

Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift

What's the Job?
