Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous packing experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• On-site safety training course required.

Responsibilities

• Pack household belongings for customers using company supplies.
• List belongings on inventory sheets as packed and wrap goods for transport.
• Compute charges and capture information on bills of lading.
• Mark boxes with inventory tags for documentation.
• Answer customer questions regarding packing.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections with drivers on equipment.
• Assist in loading trucks/containers for interstate movement.
• Lift and carry goods between residence and vehicle.
• Perform warehouse duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
