Job summary

Staffing Service USA is seeking motivated Packing Associates to join our bakery production team in York, PA. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 35 lbs, and maintaining GMP standards.

Shifts include 3rd shift with potential overtime and every-other-weekend scheduling. You will label, package, inspect, and transport finished products, use a pallet jack, assist with changeovers, and complete basic data entry.

Qualifications

• English communication skills required.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and transport finished bakery products.
• Prepare cartons for packing finished products.
• Inspect products, assist with changeovers and cleaning.
• Use a pallet jack to move product after stacking.
• Keep work area clean and follow GMP standards.
• Perform rework or repacking as needed.
• Complete basic paperwork and data entry.
