Job summary

Staffmark is hiring Packing Associates to join our West Chester, OH warehouse. The role pays $15.00 per hour with multiple shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am (Sunday-Thursday). No experience is required as we provide solid on-the-job training to get you started.

You will pick and pack orders, load and unload goods, and help keep the warehouse running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. This position offers weekly pay and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move product by hand or machine
• Pick items, pack them tight, and prep them for shipping
• Use scanners or handheld devices to track orders
• Stay on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Safety first — follow the rules and keep the floor clear
• Clock in ready, work steady, no coasting
