Job summary

Shearer’s Foods is hiring for a Snack Food Packer Team Member at the Brewster, OH location. Shifts run 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM with a base wage of $19.30 per hour and a $3 premium for night shifts.

Responsibilities include assembling boxes, packing bagged product, inspecting quality, and supporting daily operations. Candidates should be able to stand for up to eight hours, perform repetitive lifting, and contribute to a clean, efficient facility.

SNACK FOOD PACKER TEAM MEMBER

12 HOUR DAYS 7AM TO 7PM- $19.30

12 HOUR NIGHTS 7PM TO 7AM- $19.30 + $3

BREWSTER LOCATION

Your day will include:

• Assembling boxes, packing bagged product from the packaging tables into the cases and placing them on pallets, inspecting finished product and assuring quality
• Taking pride in contributing to the overall cleanliness and efficient operation of your facility
• Supporting your team as needed
• and other duties as assigned.

Basic math and counting skills, prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred. In order give your best, you must also be able to be on your feet for up to eight hours, keep up with a fast, repetitious pace and perform repetitious lifting up to 25+ pounds.
