Ventura Foods is hiring for a full-time Packaging Associate in Iowa. The role supports all production areas, packaging pouches, and assists machine operators with changeovers on the packaging lines. Shifts are 8–12 hours with potential after-hours and weekend work.

PPE is required and safety, sanitation, and housekeeping are emphasized. Eligible employees receive medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with matching, profit sharing, paid time off, holidays, and Employee Assistance programs.

Responsabilités

• Place box into case erector
• Pull pouches of product into cases
• Assemble and prepare cartons and pack products in cartons and containers
• Stack cases onto skid in appropriate pattern
• Replace fully stacked skid with empty skid on line
• Check quality of finished product (seal, print, label, weight)
• Read specs and packing instructions
• Take inventory counts and record on forms
• Label cases
• Regular attendance and reliability required
• Travel up to 10% between buildings
