Job summary

Silgan Containers in Seymour, Indiana is seeking a Packer for our on-site manufacturing team. This full-time role focuses on packing at standard rate, maintaining quality, and supporting line operations to keep production flowing.

You will follow safety policies and work closely with the supervisor to meet daily targets. Responsibilities include monitoring ware for defects, operating a punch, loading conveyors and flamers, and performing housekeeping around the line.
