Job summary

Personalization Mall is seeking a Packer - 2nd Shift to pack customer orders at a dedicated pack station. You will pull totes from a conveyor, pack orders with care, and ensure materials are restocked for shipping.

The role requires basic reading skills, the ability to learn RF scanners, and readiness to work overtime as needed. Physical duties include lifting up to 30 lbs, standing 8–10 hours, and occasional use of hand pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Packing individual customer orders while working in a stationary pack station.
• Use and restock shipping materials at pack stations.
• Ability to safely use dry ice as needed.
• Adhere to all safety, security and SQF requirements.
• Available to work overtime as needed (extra hours in a day and extra days in a week).
• Willingness and ability to work to standard in any department outside of Configurable Gifts.
• Able to maintain reasonable and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties and work in other departments as assigned.

• Use hand pallet jacks with payloads of 2500 +lbs.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Packer is primarily responsible for packing customer orders using a pack station. This position will spend most of their day working individually pulling totes from a conveyor. The packer will need to understand how to pack each order and treat the product with care.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Packing individual customer orders while working in a stationary pack station
• Use and restock shipping materials at pack stations
• Ability to safely use dry ice as needed
