Job summary

Schulte Staffing Solutions is hiring Packers for a growing manufacturing company in the New Hampshire Lakes Region. This position offers competitive pay, a 10% shift differential, and opportunities for permanent hire.

You will pack aluminum extrusions, inspect quality, log counts in EPICS, and operate overhead cranes or forklifts. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills.
• Reliable attendance and a stable work history.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pack aluminum extrusions according to customer specifications
• Visually inspect products for quality and defects
• Enter packed piece counts into the EPICS system
• Move aluminum extrusions using overhead cranes and/or forklifts
• Stencil aluminum extrusions manually or with equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.

Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm (Direct Hire opportunities available for the right candidate).
