Job summary

KSD is seeking a Packer to pack finfish portions for distribution to restaurants using the consolidated sheet. The Packer is responsible for timely, orderly, and accurate packaging of all Cutting Room products in preparation for delivery.

You will be trained in safety and sanitation, plant standards, and will contribute in a team service environment. You will perform opening, on-going, and closing side-work duties.

• Pack finfish portions for distribution to restaurants using the consolidated sheet.
• Ensure timely, orderly, and accurate packaging of all Cutting Room products for delivery.
• Make changes to the consolidated sheet as needed and coordinate with the Plant Manager.

Job description

$17-$22/hour depending on experience.

As a packer, you will pack finfish portions for distribution to restaurants using the consolidated sheet. The Packer at KSD is responsible for the timely, orderly, and accurate packaging of all Cutting Room products in preparation for delivery. The Packer makes changes to the consolidated sheet as needed and works closely with the Plant Manager throughout the shift.

Once hired, you will be trained in your area of expertise to ensure your capability and understanding of safety and sanitation. You will be trained on our plant standards and you will contribute and excel in a team service environment. You will be responsible for following all company standards and guidelines, and performs opening, on-going, and closing side-work duties.
