Job summary

Foamcraft in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to keep materials moving, pack foam in correct quantities, and load trucks for shipment. This role is fast-paced, hands-on, and essential to meeting customer deadlines.

You’ll be on your feet most of the day, lift up to ~50 lbs, and contribute to a team-focused environment with safe, organized processes. Prior warehouse or production experience helps, but is not required.

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is helpful—but not required.
• If you’ve done physical, fast-paced work before, you’ll likely do well here.

Responsibilities

• Gathers materials to ensure proper order completion
• Pack foam in the proper quantities
• String tie, plastic wrap, or plastic bag materials as directed
• Mark foam or attach labels to packages as directed
• Observing all safety rules and regulations
• Stay organized—keep materials clean, sorted, and easy to access
• Move materials throughout the department safely and efficiently
• Loading the trucks for shipment
• Step in to support other areas when needed

Description

Like steady, hands-on work? This role is repetitive, fast-moving, and focused preparing products to ship to our customers. If you take pride in staying organized and keeping things moving, you’ll fit here.

At Foamcraft, we make real products used every day. This role is critical to making that happen—you’re the one bundling and wrapping custom foam fabrication in specific quantity amounts per the customers specifications and assisting in loading the truck to ship.

What you’ll do

• Pay starts at $15 an hour but prior experience will be considered
