Job summary

Novipax El Paso is hiring a Packer to support the packaging line. You will pull finished materials, place cores, wrap and palletize products, and assist with assembly tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical assembly operations.
• Ability to read assembly prints.
• Ability to use air impact tools and other hand-held tools.
• Ability to follow specific instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Packers pull out shaft that product was rolled up on and place new cores on that shaft.
• Packers lift roll(s) and place them on a packing table, where a bag is placed over the finished product.
• Once wrapped with bag and tape, Packer will pick up wrapped product and place it on a pallet.
• Demonstrate knowledge of mechanical assembly operations preferred
• Demonstrate the skills to use air impact tools and other hand-held tools.
• Ability to follow specific instructions and procedures and read assembly prints.
• Assembly Experience Preferred.
