Packers are responsible for ensuring our products are carefully packaged within the daily specified timeframes and ready for delivery. This role involves inspecting doughnuts for quality, working closely with the production team to meet daily packing goals, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Attention to detail and a commitment to food safety standards are essential.

Packer 220

• Pack 220 slots on the trays within the daily specified timeframe.
• Use the correct packing station layout.
• Use route tags and validate invoice numbers (route, rack, slot, page).
• Ensure packing accuracy to eliminate shorts and extras; work to reduce or eliminate waste.
• Assist with packing products into cups and 6‑ and 4‑packs during earlier shifts.
• Support condensing and organizing finished products for efficient storage and distribution.
• Clean up the packing station and take dishes to the washroom.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.

Packer 320

• Pack 320 slots on the trays within the specified timeframe.
• Use the correct packing station layout.
• Use route tags and validate invoice numbers (route, rack, slot, page).
• Ensure packing accuracy to eliminate shorts and extras; work to reduce or eliminate waste.

Required Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to periodically lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Manual dexterity for handling doughnuts and packaging materials.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as necessary during the packing process.
• Ability to stand for 8‑10 hours.
