Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a manufacturing operator in Georgia to label, inspect and package vaccines on the 2nd shift (3 pm to 1 am). The position runs through year-end with a likely extension and pays $20.00/hour.

You will operate packaging equipment, communicate with internal and vendor teams, ensure quality, perform changeovers, and maintain cGMP documentation and SOP adherence on a daily basis.

Job description

Shift:

• Working Hours: 2nd shift 3 pm to 1 am
• Through End of Year – likely to extend

Pay: $20.00/Hour

Overview:

• The role is responsible for labeling, inspecting, and packaging of vaccines
• The role is also responsible for operating packaging equipment ensuring target line rates are met Communicate with internal receiving offices and third-party vendors regarding documents
• Inspect product accurately and efficiently to meet quality guidelines.
• Perform equipment change-over, set-up.
• initial troubleshooting for packaging equipment issues (e.g. Labelers, Pick and place, heat tunnel, etc.)
• Ensure that proper cGMP documentation is follow for completeness and adherence to our procedures and in a timely manner.
• Read, understand, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintains facilities and equipment as required by Standard Operating Procedures.
• Completes batch tickets with materials consumed during execution.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma Required
• 2 to 3 years manufacturing experience / 5+ year of related experience
