Job summary

Chemstar WATER is seeking a Packaging Technician in Minnesota to operate packaging lines and palletize finished goods. You will use Plex ERP for required transactions and assist with CMMS work orders, while ensuring safety and quality on the packaging floor.

Responsibilities include loading pallets, operating forklifts, performing basic maintenance, and following customer specifications. This is an entry-level role with opportunities to grow in warehouse and manufacturing skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with mechanical aptitude.
• Previous forklift experience desirable but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment including multi-horn packaging and palletizer.
• Package finished goods per customer specs and move pallets.
• Ensure quality by inspecting bags and pallets for defects.
• Use Plex ERP for required transactions and maintain CMMS work orders.
• Safely operate forklifts and assist in loading/unloading.
