Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Documentation is timely, accurate, and complete.
• Effective decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy and attention to details in daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Follow precise work instructions to meet daily production targets.
• Accurately count, sort, inspect, and pack products into cases.
• Place product types into designated slots on conveyors and ensure smooth flow.
• Label, seal, palletize, and wrap finished products for transport.
• Rotate to different workstations as needed.
• Read, interpret, and maintain Packaging Log Sheets.
• Scan packaged products into the inventory system.
• Adhere to GMP, OSHA regulations, and food safety requirements.
• Maintain safe work area and report hazards.
• Suggest ways to control labor and supply costs.
• Other duties as assigned.
