Job summary

710 Labs is an award-winning multi-state cannabis brand dedicated to quality. This role handles packaging prep, SKU filling with flower and other products, and meticulous record keeping to ensure traceability.

You will follow QC protocols, maintain supplies, and participate in ongoing education while working safely in a fast-paced environment with potential nights and overtime. Colorado onsite position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in production or manufacturing is highly desired.
• Experience in cannabis industry a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership, both verbal and written.
• Strong math skills; basic inventory experience preferred.
• Attention to detail with focus on process improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-stress situations.
• Comfortable working in cold environments (30–40F).
• Physically able to sit, squat, stand, kneel, bend, or walk for long periods.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and overtime.

• Follow all QC protocols in the department.
• Storing supplies and equipment, disposing of waste, and keeping area clean.
• Participating in ongoing education and professional development.
• Collaborating respectfully with team members.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and cleaning of boxes, jars, lids, and equipment for packaging.
• Filling multiple SKUs with flower and when needed, water hash, live rosin, butane hash oil, sauce, etc.
• Cleaning of equipment and packaging facility.
• Maintaining strict paper records of product grammed, product boxed, damaged items, discrepancies, and equipment issues.
• Record keeping of all details pertinent to packaging and inventory.
• Follow all QC protocols set forth in the department.
• Storing of supplies and equipment, disposal of waste, and keeping work area in pristine condition.
• Participating in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
• Working collectively and respectfully with other team members.
• Enforcing a culture of safety and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high-stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires.
• Must be comfortable working in cold environments (30-40F) for extended periods of time.
• For extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking through the workday.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance and offer the same to others in the department.
• Ability to work a varying schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Range: $19.29/hr
• Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, 401K with company match, paid time off, and holidays.

Please note that the regulations and laws of The State of Colorado require persons working onsite at a cannabis facility to be at least 21 years of age.
