Job summary

fairlife, LLC in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Packaging Operator to set up and operate labeling, case packing, blow molding, and palletizing equipment. You will ensure products meet specs, perform minor repairs, and assist with cleaning and maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, basic math and communication skills, and the ability to operate packaging lines. A valid Industrial Truck License is preferred.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED is required.
• High School level verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computational skills required. Simple math and reasoning required.
• Must be able to operate the equipment effectively after the appropriate break-in period.
• Must possess or be able to obtain an Industrial Truck Operator License and understand line controls.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, GMP rules and company policies.
• Report to Production Supervisors and follow directions.
• Safely operate packaging equipment and adjust for defect-free output.
• Monitor quality and adherence to specifications and SOPs.
• Inspect cases, bottles and labels; clear jams and adjust as needed.
• Maintain packaging area in audit-ready condition and assist with maintenance.
