Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card in accordance with Arizona state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required (or a combination of education and experience).
• Basic math skills and comfort working with both standard and metric systems.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain quality during repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with cannabis products and industry knowledge preferred.
• Strong team player with a positive, adaptable mindset.

Responsibilities

Packaging Associate

Reports to: Packaging Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Department: Pakcaging

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: $16.00/hr

Position Summary

The Packaging Associate is responsible for accurately weighing, labeling, and packaging cannabis products while maintaining strict compliance and quality standards. This role supports production efficiency and ensures products are ready for retail sale in a clean, organized, and high-output environment. Ideal candidates bring focus, precision, and a collaborative spirit to the team.

Work Environment

• Work is performed in a production facility with exposure to cannabis products and materials
• Environment may include loud machinery, temperature changes, and dust or plant particles
• PPE may be required depending on assigned tasks or safety protocols
