Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Leader, Packaging & Labeling in Fort Dodge to lead daily packaging operations, coach frontline teams, and ensure cGMP compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional groups to align production with business objectives and uphold safety standards across the site.

The role requires a related degree with experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA/USDA/EU).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of relevant experience, or an associate's degree with 3 years, or high school diploma with 5 years in manufacturing.
• Experience leading packaging and labeling operations in a regulated environment (biological/pharma a plus).
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, OSHA, FDA, USDA, EU, and EPA regulations.
