Full-Sail-Brewing-Company is seeking a Packaging Specialist to learn and operate bottling, canning and kegging equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will support safety and quality standards on the production floor and assist in moving products between storage and work areas.

As a Packaging Specialist you will learn to operate a variety of bottling, canning and kegging machines in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. You will also learn and support the team in maintaining Safety and Quality standards.Essential FunctionsWork as part of a team and complete tasks as assigned on the production floorOperate machinery and equipment – Loading and unloads items from machines and conveyorsMonitor and inspect products for quality and safety standardsTransfer finished products or raw materials between storage and work areas by hand or using hand trucks or powered lift trucksCommunicate with supervisors and leads concerning safety, quality, and processing issuesRemove products, machine attachments, or waste material from machines as directedProvide cleaning and sanitation of assigned areasResponsible for the health and safety of self and co-workersAvailable ShiftsRegular Schedule: Day Shift 3 x 12s - FRI - SUN 6:00 am - 6:30 pm (last 2 hours of each shift are paid at time and a half)Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a manufacturing environment and operating machinery.QualificationsMust be 18 years of age.Must be flexible in scheduling and willing to work overtime and holidays as neededAbility to work successfully with a teamMust have the ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accuratelyPhysical Requirements & Working Conditions:Fast paced and constantly changing work environment.Subject to extreme temperatures.Ability to ascend/descend stairs and ladders throughout shift.Ability to stand/move for 10-12 hours per day.This is an active, fast paced, job requiring working on your feet most of the shift with occasional to frequent lifting of 20 to 40 poundsMust wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, safety glasses and safety reinforced toe boots (as required by company policy).Must be able to stand for an extended period, climb, reach, walk, lift, grasp, feel, bend and twistAbility to work in tight or enclosed spaces.What we offer:Competitive pay.90% Employer-paid Medical and Dental benefits.
