Guardian Medical USA Inc. is hiring a Packaging Specialist. You will clean, inspect, package, and label medical implants in a controlled cleanroom environment, following detailed work instructions and safety procedures.

No prior medical packaging experience is required; comprehensive training is provided to help you succeed in a small, dedicated team focused on quality and patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time, long-term basis.
• Able to read, comprehend, and speak English fluently to communicate questions, errors and production needs effectively.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to follow specific step-by-step written instructions and procedures.
• Basic Math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Able to visually read fine print, and handle delicate, small parts repetitively.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Clean, climate-controlled cleanroom setting.
• Quiet, professional workplace.
• Small team atmosphere where every employee makes an impact.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products by following detailed work instructions.
• Label, seal, and inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Operate packaging equipment and perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
• Follow cleanroom procedures including proper gowning, masking and cleaning protocols.
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects or discrepancies.
• Enter production and inventory information into company software.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with team members to ensure products are completed accurately and on time.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
