Staccato in Florence, TX is seeking a Production Specialist I to join its growing team. You will handle packaging and shipping preparation in the warehouse and learn how materials are stored and protected to support the packaging and shipping process.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will operate according to our quality management systems and SOPs, perform visual inspections, palletize orders, restock packaging materials, and help maintain a safe, efficient production environment

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in small warehouse operations is required.
• Experience with ground and LTL shipment processes.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 or LEAN principles is preferred.
• Able to physically lift 40+ pounds repeatedly.
• Flexibility to work 10–12 hours per day (not to exceed 40 hours per week).
• High attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Ability to operate basic machinery.

Responsabilidades

• Package and label finished products.
• Prepare packaging and shipping materials for orders.
• Palletize orders for shipment.
• Store and restock packaging materials; use of forklift and stairs.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Meet or exceed production and efficiency targets.
• Complete physical inventory counts as required.
• Identify, resolve, and report safety issues or concerns.
• Operate in accordance with SOPs and quality management systems.
• Communicate daily with peers and management on department status.
