You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution across multiple packaging materials, write specifications, and document results from lab to factory trials.

You will manage technical timelines, identify risks, and travel up to 30% to support sites and customers.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Packaging, Chemical Eng, Mechanical Eng or related field.
• Bachelor’s with 2+ years relevant experience or Master’s with 1+ year.
• Experience in Packaging Development, commercialization and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging projects from innovation to commercialization across multiple brands.
• Deliver results across various packaging materials from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and budgets.
• Conduct lab tests, pilot plant trials, and large-scale factory trials to optimize packaging performance.
• Write specifications and maintain clear technical documentation.
