Responsibilities

• Visually inspect cartons for defects in gluing, folding, and overall quality.
• Pack cartons into corrugated cases according to customer specifications.
• Label cases and move finished product through the sealing and conveyor process.
• Sort flat cartons by layout and pack according to customer requirements.
• Operate hand-lift jacks to move pallets and position loads safely.
• Assist in sorting projects and special quality inspection tasks as needed.
• Read and follow written instructions and respond to verbal directions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by shift, department, or plant leadership.
