Job summary

Piramal Critical Care is seeking a Quality Assurance Packaging Line Inspector to ensure packaging line quality, perform line clearance, and authorize startup runs in a fast-paced pharmaceutical setting.

Responsibilities include documenting activities, maintaining batch records, and ensuring proper labeling and disposition of finished goods. 3+ years in pharma quality and a science/technical degree are preferred, with strong communication skills and proficiency in SAP/TrackWise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years degree in science or technical field
• 3+ years of experience in pharma quality or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical cGMP, industry standards, and regulations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional interaction
• Knowledge of SAP and TrackWise software
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

Responsibilities

• Provide quality presence on the packaging line, start up inspections, line clearance and authorization of runs
• Control and document packaging line activities in accordance with PCC procedures
• Maintain batch records, issue BOMs for packaging and ensure materials align with BOM
• Perform in-process inspections and retain/ customer samples
• Ensure proper labeling and disposition of finished goods leaving packaging area
• Support QA team with line-related quality issues and process improvements
