Job summary

Piramal Critical Care, a global unit of Piramal Pharma, is seeking a Quality Assurance Packaging Line Inspector to ensure product quality on the packaging line. You will perform line clearance, start-up inspections, and authorize runs, while keeping detailed records in PCC systems.

You will collaborate with manufacturing and QA teams to resolve issues, maintain batch records, and ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements across the packaging processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years degree in science or technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in pharma or QA industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical cGMP and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Approve line clearances and document packaging activities per PCC procedures.
• Issue Master Batch Records and BOMs for packaging.
• Maintain and review packaging batch records for accuracy.
• Perform in-process inspections and retain samples.
• Oversee labeling and disposition of finished goods leaving packaging area.
• Assist in updating QA procedures on the packaging line.
• Communicate packaging-line issues to management for resolution.
