Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a Packaging Production Designer to join a fast-paced global creative team in El Segundo. This 3-month contract focuses on translating concepts into production-ready packaging artwork, plus 3D renderings and visual presentations.

The ideal candidate has experience in packaging production, artwork specifications, and print requirements, with strong design skills and proficiency in 3D rendering. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in packaging design and production artwork.
• Strong knowledge of technical packaging requirements and production processes.
• Experience creating 3D packaging/product renderings.
• Beauty/cosmetics or luxury industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with brand guidelines and collaboration with vendors/printers is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Packaging and support packaging design and production initiatives.
• Develop and execute packaging designs from concepts to production-ready artwork.
• About 60% focus on technical packaging, including dielines, specifications, print requirements.
• About 40% focus on 3D renderings and visual presentations of packaging concepts.
• Create production-ready artwork for primary and secondary packaging adhering to brand standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Work with vendors and production partners to ensure quality, accuracy, and feasibility.
• Organize packaging assets, maintain files, and manage archiving processes.
