Job summary

Smurfit Westrock plc in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a Production Associate to join our fast‑paced manufacturing team. You will support corrugated production, perform quality checks, set up materials, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while following GMP and SQF guidelines.

Candidates should have heavy industrial manufacturing experience or be willing to train, read product specs, operate equipment, lift up to 50 lbs, and work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Heavy industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude demonstrated by prior work.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and machine maintenance.
• Ability to work safely and comply with safety regulations.
• Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.
• Flexibility to work longer hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
• At least 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform tasks supporting manufacturing operations.
• Handle corrugated products and conduct quality checks.
• Set up materials and maintain a clean workspace.
• Read and interpret product specifications.
