Job summary

NOW Foods in Sparks, NV is seeking a detail-oriented Packaging/Processing Machine Operator to operate lines, set up and changeover equipment, and perform sanitation to ensure safe, compliant production.

You will conduct quality checks, document production data, and assist in training teammates while following GMPs and safety policies. This role requires high school diploma and willingness to work on a production floor, including standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, 6 months related experience preferred.
• Experience operating blending/processing and/or packaging machines is preferred.
• Manufacturing environment experience, preferably food or pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

• Operate lines/equipment, perform setup and changeovers within timelines.
• Perform sanitation and changeover of equipment.
• Train employees on basic manufacturing processes, GMPs and safety.
• Conduct regular quality checks and document production data.
• Report safety incidents and participate in continuous improvement.
