Job summary

Arrowmac is seeking a junior-to-mid‑level Graphic Designer to bring consumer products to life through packaging, product imagery, and ecommerce creative. You will work hands-on with an Art Director and team across packaging, product photography, ecommerce, digital marketing, and brand initiatives.

The role requires 2–4 years of design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop. Onsite in Orange County, CA four days per week.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and polished execution across assets.
• Experience with packaging dielines, prepress, and print production.
• Experience creating Amazon marketplace content (listing images, A+ Content, storefront graphics, or ads).
• Experience supporting professional product or lifestyle photo shoots.

Responsibilities

I’m partnering with a growing Direct-to-Consumer team to identify a talented Graphic Designer who can bring consumer products to life through compelling packaging, polished product imagery, and engaging e-commerce creative.

This is a hands‑on opportunity for a junior‑to‑mid‑level designer who enjoys both creative development and the detailed production work that turns ideas into final assets. You’ll work closely with an Art Director and a collaborative internal team across packaging, product photography, e-commerce, digital marketing, and other brand initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience designing packaging for consumer products or CPG brands.
• Approximately 2–4 years of professional, freelance, internship, or equivalent hands‑on graphic design experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and polished execution across a range of assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with packaging dielines, prepress, print production, proofs, and vendor specifications.
• Experience creating Amazon marketplace content, including listing images, A+ Content, storefront graphics, or advertising assets.
• Experience supporting professional product or lifestyle photo shoots.
• Strong photo‑editing, retouching, compositing, production, and file‑preparation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Orange County, California, four days per week.
