Job summary

BD is seeking a production operator at their facility in USA PR - Anasco. The role involves operating production equipment, assembling, packaging and inspecting products on-line according to approved procedures and GMP standards. You will verify materials, document data clearly, and support setup, maintenance and waste reduction efforts.

Minimum qualification is a degree or equivalent experience. The position requires compliance with QSR and ISO 13485, with relocation to BD Añasco for training

Responsibilities

• Operates production equipment, assembles, packages and inspects products on-line following approved procedures.
• Receives and verifies materials to ensure they conform to data forms and are approved for use.
• Inspects own work during production and reports deviations to Manufacturing Facilitator.
• Records data clearly and accurately following GMP procedures.
• Assists Shift Leader with raw material work in process and product reconciliation.
• Assists Set-up Operator with equipment operation, changeover and PM activities.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Aims for cost reductions in the production process.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Manufacturing Facilitator.
• Ensures compliance with QSR, ISO 13485.
