Responsibilities

• Execute the daily production schedule in the packing area to meet customer orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate packaging to maintain processing standards.
• Adhere to allergen control guidelines, including cleaning and verification activities.
• Take corrective action as assigned by the Supervisor based on audits.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and develop solutions for packing area issues.
• Address food safety and quality deficiencies.
• Maintain safe working conditions and uphold the safety program.
• Participate in mandatory training and comply with food safety policies.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
